Distance Sales Contract

The distance sales contract for digital credit packages under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Article 1 — Parties

Buyer

The member placing the order, with the name, email and phone number registered in their DeepGPR account (the "Buyer").

Article 2 — Subject

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital credit package ordered electronically by the Buyer on the website at https://deepgpr.com.

Article 3 — Service and price

The type of service, number of credits, price including VAT and payment method are as shown in the order summary on the payment page at the time of the order. The order summary and order code form an integral part of this contract.

Article 4 — Formation

The contract is formed electronically when the Buyer accepts the Pre-Contract Information Form and this contract on the payment page and places the order. The Buyer confirms having been informed through the Pre-Contract Information Form before the contract was formed.

Article 5 — Delivery

  1. Credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately once a card payment is approved, or once the Seller confirms that a bank transfer has arrived. Delivery never exceeds 30 days.
  2. If payment is not completed, is cancelled or is reversed, the Seller's obligation ends and any credits added may be withdrawn.
  3. If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller notifies the Buyer within 3 days of learning of it and refunds the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.

Article 6 — Buyer's obligations

The Buyer confirms that their account details are accurate, that they will use credits in line with the Terms of Use, and that credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The Buyer confirms that they requested the credits to be added to their account as soon as payment is approved and therefore has no right of withdrawal. Refunds offered by the Seller are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Article 8 — Invoice

An invoice complying with the legislation is issued for each purchase and sent to the Buyer's registered email address.

Article 9 — Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed as described in the Personal Data Notice.

Article 10 — Disputes

Disputes arising from this contract go to the consumer arbitration committee where the Buyer lives or where the purchase was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits.

Article 11 — Entry into force

By ticking the box on the payment page, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all terms of this contract. The contract enters into force when the order is placed. The Seller keeps the order records and acceptance date for the period required by law.
