This policy summarises how we protect your personal information when you use the DeepGPR website (https://deepgpr.com) and app. Details on personal data processing are in the Personal Data Notice, and cookies are covered in the Cookie Policy.
What we collect
Only what we need to provide the service: your account details (name, email, phone), the coordinates you enter and the device outputs you upload, your order and payment records, messages you send us and technical logs kept for security.
Your analyses and files
- Your analyses and uploaded files can only be viewed from your account.
- Administrator access is limited to support requests, technical faults, suspected abuse and legal obligations.
- We do not sell your files or results, use them for advertising, or publish them without your permission.
Payment security
Your card details never reach us. Card payments are made on the licensed payment provider's 3D Secure page; we only receive the result and the transaction number.
Security measures
- All traffic to the site and app is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
- Your password is stored irreversibly; nobody, including our staff, can see it.
- The session cookie cannot be read by scripts in the browser (HttpOnly), and changing your password signs out your other sessions.
- Secret keys for services such as payments and email are stored encrypted on the server.
- Rate limits protect against brute-force and abuse attempts.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board and the people affected as required by the KVKK.
Emails
Account-related emails such as order confirmations, password resets and support replies are sent regardless of your marketing choice. Campaign and announcement emails are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out with one click from any such email or from your account settings. See Consent to Commercial Messages.
Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data by writing to — from your registered email address. Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and payment records) are kept until that period ends.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top; we announce significant changes by email or on the site.
