Pre-Contract Information Form

Information about the seller, service, price, payment, delivery and right of withdrawal before you buy credits.

This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before you buy a credit package. By ticking the box on the payment page you confirm that you have read it and been informed.

2. Buyer

The buyer is the member placing the order, with the name, email and phone number registered in their DeepGPR account. For card payments, the billing address entered on the payment page applies.

3. The service

  • Subject: a digital credit package for coordinate analyses, device output analyses and other paid actions on DeepGPR.
  • Main features: the package name, number of credits and included features are shown as the order summary on the payment page. The credit cost of each action is listed in the price table on the site.
  • Total price: the amount shown in the order summary. Prices include VAT; there are no shipping, delivery or other charges.
  • Validity: purchased credits never expire.

4. Payment

  • Bank transfer: to the bank account shown on the payment page, with the order code in the transfer description.
  • Credit / debit card: on the secure page of the licensed payment provider Shopier. The seller never sees or stores card details.

Prices apply as shown on the payment page; price changes after an order is created do not affect that order.

5. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery. Credits are added to your account immediately once a card payment is approved, or after we confirm that a bank transfer has arrived (during business hours, usually the same working day). You can follow your order on the Credits page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Because credits are added to your account as soon as payment is approved, by ticking the box you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you have no right of withdrawal.

You may still request a refund in the cases described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to —, call — or use the Feedback section of your panel. In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the purchase, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer court above those limits.
