These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the DeepGPR services provided by DeepGTR (the "Provider") at https://deepgpr.com and as an app. By signing up or using the site you accept these Terms.
1. The service
DeepGPR is an online geophysical pre-survey service that combines open magnetic, gravity, elevation, soil and satellite data for a given coordinate into a 3D surface and subsurface model, reports and exports, and interprets GPR, magnetometer, detector and similar device outputs uploaded by users.
2. Membership
- You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to sign up.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
- One person may hold only one account. Opening several accounts to collect benefits such as welcome credits is prohibited.
3. Credits
- Analyses and paid actions use credits. The credit cost of each action is shown in the price table on the site.
- Purchased credits never expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Credits for analyses that fail because of a technical error are refunded to your account automatically.
- Free credits given as a welcome gift or in a campaign are not refundable.
- Credit sales are governed by the Distance Sales Contract and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Nature of the results and liability
- DeepGPR is a pre-survey tool. Results are based on remote sensing data and modelling; they do not replace field geophysical measurements, drilling or expert assessment.
- Layers in reports are labelled as measured or modelled with a confidence level. We do not guarantee that results are exact or that they prove the presence or absence of any object or structure.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Provider is not liable for losses arising from excavation, construction, investment or similar decisions based on the results.
- The accuracy, timeliness and availability of the open data sources used (NOAA, Copernicus/ESA, ISRIC, etc.) are outside the Provider's control.
5. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of the account without notice:
- Use aimed at unauthorised research, excavation or treasure hunting in areas protected under Law No. 2863 on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property,
- Facilitating unauthorised surveys on land belonging to others,
- Uploading unlawful files, files that infringe the rights of others or files containing malware,
- Attempting to bypass security, overload the system, scrape data with automated tools or reverse-engineer the service,
- Selling, renting or sharing your account with third parties.
If illegal activity is suspected, relevant records may be shared with the competent authorities upon request.
6. Intellectual property
- The site's software, design, logo and content belong to or are licensed by the Provider and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- You may freely use the reports you produce for your own work and your clients.
- You retain the rights to the files you upload and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but maintenance, updates, problems with third-party data sources and force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. The scope of the service, credit costs and features may change with prior notice; credits already purchased are not affected.
8. Suspension and closure
Accounts that breach these Terms may be suspended or closed. To close your account, write to —. If the Provider closes an account without just cause, the price of unused purchased credits is refunded.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes go to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits. Other disputes fall under the courts and enforcement offices where the Provider has its registered office.
